The tours are 1 or 2 hours. Each guest receives a helmet, yes you can bring your own.Tours are live with an earpiece, delivering a crisp and true speech experience. After your safety demo and training, the riders are ready to go! Sandusky has a rich and vibrant history, even locals find some bit of history to be discovered. The 1 or 2 hr. city tours run daily and offers the unique experience of riding a Segway through Sandusky, OH taking in all the beautiful sites of our gardens, paths and bikeways!  Training and demonstrations are before each tour, giving you an understanding of what your experience will be like.

Weather conditions and policies :  We will tour in a light rain and will provide rain ponchos at no charge.  The tour will be canceled in the event of a sustained heavy rain, severe weather or other unsafe conditions.  The decision to cancel a tour will be made at the sole discretion of the management of Sandusky Segwave. You will not be charged if the tour is canceled, or offered another tour time.  "Rain Check":  If you choose not to participate on a tour due to inclement weather conditions (and the tour proceeds), you will be charged for the full amount of the tour.  You will be able to use your purchased ticket at a later date, subject to availability, at no additional cost.  Please note that a "rain check" will be honored for only inclement weather conditions...not for "no shows" and/or late arrivals.
